Astro TV's response to my email to MCMM (KKMM)

Here is the response from Astro to the email I wrote to Ministry of Communication and Multimedia which was forwarded to Astro. This is a continuation from my previous post.

I will post my response to Astro tomorrow. Meanwhile, let us study their response.
1.      What extensive study had BabyTV done?
2.      What data did BabyTV get and from which multiple sources?
3.      Why did the experts of BabyTV not discuss this matter when I wrote to them?
BabyTV has replied to me and said that they consider this matter closed. I responded
that as far as I am concerned this matter is not over.

Of course this matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction. The only way it can be resolved and should be resolved is by that programme being removed from being aired. The earlier they do it the better for all concerned.

I am going to continue to write to more governments until this matter is resolved.

Following is the irresponsible email from Astro’s Learning content group.
