Paradigm Inertia – Part 2

We were told in the previous post that the biggest block to a paradigm shift is personal, emotional, and thoroughly unscientific reasons.

Let us examine some of the blocks and non-replies I have personally encountered.

We received your emails.  We are on travel and cannot commit the time needed at this time to a thorough response.  As you can imagine we receive hundreds, if not thousands, of emails and feel it only fair to respond thoughtfully when time allows.

The students are not “learning disabled”. There is nothing wrong with the CHILD. There was a famous but horribly flawed experiment, ‘dowel tapping’ that created the dyslexia industry. It should be as infamous as the vaccine-causes-autism fraud.

On 27.3.2022 I read the following tweet.

 “To suggest the best education minds in America cannot figure out how to conquer or at least reduce illiteracy in our nation’s schools is nonsense.”

Beanie had the following link which said:

The failure to meaningfully address illiteracy in our schools feels intentional. For decades, reading performance in our public schools has been less than impressive.

This is interesting as I have felt this way for a long time. It is my opinion that most of the researchers and heads of research institutions and universities are the puppets of the powers that be. How is it possible for man to be sent to the moon but not able to reduce illiteracy?
